About Us
ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America) is a national nonprofit organization founded in 1972 with over 92,000 members across the country. At ALPA Cerritos College, our mission is to empower and inspire the next generation of professional leaders. We provide our members with workshops, speaker sessions, networking opportunities, and career resources designed to foster growth, confidence, and leadership. By creating a supportive and inclusive community, we prepare our members to excel academically, professionally, and personally.
