About Us
ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America) is a national nonprofit organization founded in 1972 with over 92,000 members across the country. At ALPFA Cerritos College, our mission is to empower and inspire the next generation of professional leaders. We provide our members with workshops, speaker sessions, networking opportunities, and career resources designed to foster growth, confidence, and leadership. Through our professional speaker series, we connect students directly with executives and industry leaders who share their own paths and open doors to real opportunities. We also work to build relationships with ALPFA chapters at other colleges and universities, giving our members a wider network beyond Cerritos to grow with. By creating a supportive and inclusive community, we prepare our members to excel academically, professionally, and personally.
