The mission of HOSA Future Health Professionals is to inspire curiosity about healthcare, science, technology, engineering, and medicine while promoting community service and student involvement. Through outreach our chapter aims to expose students to the wide variety of careers that contribute to health and scientific advancement, from direct patient care to law, veterinary sciences, research, and other STEM fields.
Membership is designed for for all students interested in exploring healthcare, STEM, health-related careers, or interested in getting more in touch with their local communities. Members can participate in volunteer service, community outreach, fundraising, hands-on activities, and collaborative events. HOSA also provides opportunities for scholarships, professional development, leadership, and career exploration across fields including but not limited to medicine, nursing, emergency medical services, firefighting, veterinary science, public health, medical law, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, neuroscience, research, and more.
