Mission
Sending Sunshine is a non-profit 501c3 organization that has a global mission of improving the lives of our fellow senior citizens. Many don’t know that more than 40% of seniors experience loneliness at care facilities. Our Cerritos College Chapter strives to connect with local care facilities to provide our beloved senior citizens with joy. Members of this club will be responsible for creating greeting cards that will be sent to local care facilities monthly, which will count towards service hours.

Membership Benefits
Establish new friendships with people on campus and around the community. Express your creativity by making greeting cards that will bring a smile to a senior citizen’s face. Participate in fun fundraisers to continue Sending Sunshine’s global mission. Learn how to become more involved in the community by coming to monthly meetings!
