We are writing to express our concern regarding your recent attendance at Sending Sunshine's Cerritos Chapter Meetings. While we understand that there may be times when you are unable to attend, your consistent absence has unfortunately raised concerns about your continued participation.
SSCC is a valuable opportunity that encourages students to be active members of their community. We believe that your involvement can greatly benefit you, both personally and academically.
To ensure your continued participation in the club, we kindly request that you make a concerted effort to attend our regular meetings and activities. If there are any circumstances preventing you from attending, please communicate this to the President of SSCC as soon as possible.
We value your presence in our club and hope to see you at our next meeting on Friday, October 4th at 11 AM in LA-105.
P.S. Failure to attend the third meeting will result in an automatic drop from the club.
