This message is for those with approved ASCC funding for 2024-2025 and to those with active 250 accounts, to provide a reminder of end-of-year requisition deadlines. This applies to both “600” accounts (ASCC allocated) AND “250” accounts (club/fundraised) for all departments, programs, and clubs. Please share this message with others in your area/club who support you in submitting requisitions and/or managing funding.
2024-2025 ASCC FISCAL DEADLINES
May 1, 2025 Deadline to submit ASCC Requisition Request Form for those seeking support submitting SpendMap requisitions from the Administrative Clerk III in Student Activities (Nikki Jones). Requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Requests submitted closer to the deadline can expect much longer processing times. Be kind to Nikki and our friends in Procurement and Accounts Payable, by submitting forms as early as possible.
May 15, 2025 Deadline for approved SpendMap users to submit own requisitions in SpendMap for 24-25 fiscal year, for both ‘600’ and ‘250’ accounts, that are not athletics play-off or graduation-related reimbursements.
May 28, 2025 Deadline to submit ASCC Requisition Request Form for graduation-related reimbursements, and/or deadline to submit requisitions in SpendMap for 24-25 fiscal year that are graduation-related reimbursements, and/or all athletics play-off activities. Requisitions that are not graduation or play-off related will be denied.
June 30, 2025 Deadline for goods ordered to be received in Warehouse, and be applied to budgets.

Requisitions Request forms (via FalConnect) submitted after the May 1 deadline (for items other than graduation-related reimbursements), and SpendMap user requisitions submitted after the May 15 deadline (or May 28 for graduation-related reimbursements), will be denied. Please be aware of that, so you do not expend funds and seek reimbursement after the deadline, and inadvertently donate to the campus (i.e. will not be reimbursed). It’s always better to start the requisition process as soon as possible to avoid any delays, and work through any unforeseen hiccups that might come up.
